Privacy
This statement covers how Clairvance handles information from visitors and prospective clients of this website. Our conduct inside a client engagement is governed by the written agreement for that engagement, which always controls.
What we collect
When you request a workflow review, we receive your name, email, phone number, company, industry, and workflow description, plus any optional budget, timing, or referral details you provide. We use your contact details to respond to your inquiry. The website passes the request through Cloudflare to our existing Google Apps Script delivery service. We do not sell or rent your information.
Client data, in plain terms
We do not train models on your data. Inside an engagement, your data stays in your environment or a cloud tenant you approve, and nothing is sent to a model provider you have not approved. We sign a mutual nondisclosure agreement before any system access, we complete your vendor security review, and you keep audit rights and the right to terminate with your artifacts returned.
How we use what you send
To respond to your inquiry, arrange a conversation, and understand the workflow you want to improve. Campaign labels from a link (such as the source platform and content name) are kept in session storage for your browser session and included with your inquiry. We also keep the first approved public page path and a broad referring channel, such as Google, ChatGPT, Instagram, or a direct visit, in session storage and include them with your inquiry. The attribution record excludes full external referrer URLs, search queries, and page fragments. A direct visit can also mean that referral information was unavailable. We use this context to understand which content brought inquiries. Please do not include confidential client records, account details, or other sensitive documents in the form.
Resources and the opportunity planner
Some guides can be downloaded without submitting a form. The Workflow Opportunity Workbook request collects your business contact details and the process you want to improve. We use those details to respond to your inquiry and provide an immediate download after acceptance; this does not subscribe you to marketing email. The completed workbook stays on your device unless you separately choose to share it. The opportunity planner calculates in your browser; its business inputs and generated brief are not sent to Clairvance or saved by the website. A known resource identifier, such as the guide or planner you explored, may be kept in session storage and included if you submit an inquiry. This helps us understand which resources contributed to a conversation. The attribution record does not include the numbers you entered into the planner.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits and website performance. Its browser script collects page and referring-site information, broad country, device and browser information, and page-loading measurements. Our current configuration excludes collection from visitors in the European Union. We do not send inquiry form contents or opportunity planner inputs to these analytics.
Retention
We keep prospect correspondence only as long as it is useful to the conversation, and we delete it on request.
